I hope this helps the woman out there and/or new customers to be aware of purchasing from here and always read reviews on companies because I wouldn’t give them 1 star and wished I would have read the customer reviews on this business.
So I just advised them I wanted a refund, this was asked sometime in august-sept 2023. So again I was told I would have to pay for them to come pick it up I said whatever I just want my refund. So to my knowledge I was getting the refund minus the shipping which was like almost $200.00. So I shipped the transmission back in the original box never used or taken out, only opened when we were going to put it in the truck but never did bc of the wrong part.
So I didn't hear from anyone for a few weeks and called back on 09/28/2023 to locate my refund and I was told it was sent to a card that wasn't active and by the way no one confirmed the card number back to me after I was told the amount of the refund. So I was told on 09/28/2023 that a deposit was made on 09/20/2023 for the refund only to find out it was returned and rejected by my bank due to wrong card, again no one called me about this information. So I was told by Pam Anderson and another agent that they would correct this, and I have them my bank card. I was told at that time my refund should show up with in 3-5 business days, so I said ok.
I check my account today 10/03/2023 and the company only refunded me $134.12 the tax of the Almost $1600.00 that I originally paid. So of course I am VERY UPSET AT THIS POINT. I then called and spoke to a Horhay agent at Jeggs to see why again I wasn't given the full amount, and he said he is speaking to Nancy in customer service which is looking to see why. AGAIN I wasn't given a reason to why I was only given the tax and not the full amount onto that I would have to wait an additional 3-5 business days for the rest of my money to be refunded.
I DID ADVISE IF MY FULL AMOUNT OF REFUND IS NOT IN MY BANK BY 10/06/2023 I WOULD BE SEEKING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THEM COME. MONDAY MORNING 10/09/2023 and disconnected the call. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS FOR ANYONE DUE TO POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, WRONG PARTS BEING GIVEN ABOVE MANY OTHER REASONS AS TO WHY YOU SHOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!! I also purchased a torque converter for almost $1000.00 so a total of almost $3000.00 to be charged $400.00 in shipping charges to only end up with the torque converter.
Only reason I didn't send that back as well because I was going to be charged a separate shipping charge to send it back as well. DO YOUR RESEARCH ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS THAT HAVE PURCHASED FROM THIS BUSINESS AS I EVEN ASKED FOR A SUPERVISOR AND WAS DENIED, EVERY TIME I ASKED FOR THE CEO I WAS DENIED. So if you want to wait months for refunds or be sent the wrong parts, then go ahead and mess around and find out yourself. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS AGAIN!!
I cant add the photo of proof of purchase but this 459306****23 is the credit invoice I was suppose to get back that went to the wrong card so I never got it and this is the 321020****23 order number that was for the transmission and this 555-603*** *L60E Performance Transmission is the part number to the transmission that was sent to me. Also you say all your calls are recorded go back and pull all the calls from beginning to end and tell me if you would recommend this business to your family.
Im disgusted with this company and how they treat a brand new customer that just spent almost $3500.00 on my first 2 purchases. I WANT MY MONEY!!!

I purchased a set of (incorrect) piston rings based on their websites incorrect fitment info. JEGS wont make good on an exchange for the correct rings.
They said 30 days had past since the purchase date, so they couldn't do anything. The reason 30 days had past was because I was waiting for backordered parts (due to supply chain issues) and could not send the engine to the machine shop.
The incorrect rings cause a 10 gram imbalance issue and the rotating assembly had to be rebalanced. I can't fault the machine shop for charging me more because its their labor invested. I didn't ask for the extra money it cost to rebalance the rotating assembly, just swap out for the correct piston rings.
JEGS customer service rep just said "sorry 30 days have gone by since the purchase". this will definitely affect my decision on where to buy parts in the future.

They sold me paint that was no longer produced and the replacement spray cans were not available for 8 weeks this is unacceptable and the paint mixing chemicals to return the restocking fee was almost

Yea these people took 400.00 from me and scammed me out of a intellitronix digital instrument cluster. My package said it was delivered however I did not receive it.
Called them the next day and they said they would start a trace on the package. I called every other day for a month and a half. They finally said that FedEx did lose my package and that the item was on back order. Finally received it after I purchased one online from Craigslist.
I returned the item expecting to receive a refund or credit.
I was told to provide my receipt for the on I purchased off Craigslist. Spoke to the manager and he said that you can't purchase the intellitronix digital instrument cluster from private citizens.

Sad experience. I use to think very highly of jegs
Ordered a jegs transmission. It took a few months to get it and that was fine.
I had a minor issue with the linkage being broken when I opened the package, but great service there it took about two weeks but jegs sent me the part and I was happy. At this point I did not have time to install it as my slow season is only once a year. I got back to the project about eight months later. Installed the transmission and it would not move.
Tested and checked everything and determined it was an internal problem. I called jegs, they said no the warranty is one year from purchase. I had had the trans for less than thirteen months. Taking out the time to receive the linkage part.
I had only had it for just under a year. I said so if it got back ordered and you didnt send it for a year its out of warranty. They said yes only from time of purchase. I then took the trans out and took it to a transmission shop.
There they pulled the front pump and in two min said come look at this.
The pressure rings had never been installed on the pump. Simple fix but poor rebuild when parts are left out.

In limbo
I within 2 minutes contacted them by phone and cancelled and was assured my money would not be taken out of my account (debit card). That evening I received a cancellation confirmation by e mail. Two days later I look into my checking account and the money was taken out by Jegs. Next, I looked at my e mail and had received a tracking number for the order.
I contacted Jegs and they were 0 help and I was told to send package back when I receive it and once they received it back I would receive a refund in 10-14 days. The point is that I cancelled my order within minutes and was assured it was cancelled and my debit card would not be charged..

Poor order fulfillment
I purchased The power stop brake KIT for a 2014 f250 that needed heavy towing rotors and pads. The kit consisted of left and right side rotors as well as the brake pads and mounting hardware.
The kit was guaranteed to be in stocked and delivered within a week. You'll read below that this was not the case.
The total came out to be $574 for e kit which Jegs sent to PayPal for approval. A short while later I get a rejection notice from PayPal that jegs had tried to charge $697 instead of the agreed upon $574. I phoned jegs and waited an hour and 15 minutes on hold before being able to talk to customer service.
I was told, instead of selling it as a kid they actually sell it in pieces and had charged me full price for all the pieces instead of the kit price.
So, next they put one rotor and the brake pads through to PayPal for the full price, which PayPal accepted. Then charged me separately for the second rotor, again at full price. Largely they we're trying to rip me off for about $120.
Next, I get a notice that The second rotor was not in stock and it was going to be about 3 months before they received it and before they would ship it out to me. I had already told them that I needed the kit to replace burned out brakes on the truck before I took a 16,000 lb trailer 2,000 mi across country.
I asked them why they would guarantee me shipment And they didn't even have the part in stock. At that point we were cut off and I had to call them back. It was end of day so I had to call back a day later. When I called back they said they had the rotor in stock and it would ship that day and as we were discussing getting the kit price I was cut off again.
It was at end of the day Friday And they didn't answer when I called back.
I phoned then the following Tuesday to find out about the price of the rotor and they told me that my order had been canceled. I told him I had never canceled the order and wasn't sure what was going on and that I needed the rotor ASAP for the brake job to get on the highway. They informed me that they didn't have that rotor I needed in stock and wouldn't me getting it in until August but they would certainly ship it out to me then. Keep in mind it was only 3 days previous when they guaranteed me they have to part in stock and it would be in by end of the week.
When I explained that a brake kit wasn't any good without both rotors and pads they seemed confused which confused me given this is a auto parts store.
At this point I've waited on the phone for more than 6 hours total over the space of a week with nothing to show for it. The brake pads did finally show up but I still haven't seen any of the rest of the kids and I leave in 3 days so I'm assuming I will never see the two rotors.
